We are looking for a highly motivated Project Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have experience working in cyber security. The candidate will be responsible for managing a highly visible technical project with senior stakeholders.
· A technical project manager to facilitate information security projects and provide coaching to the team on effective project management, perform centralized status tracking, to include directorate-level reporting, and facilitate the creation and maintenance of metrics dashboards.
· This individual will also be responsible for supporting a specific high-visibility project. This individual would be assisting with:
· Digesting and simplifying information received from event organizers and developing briefings for partner / stakeholders – from the executive to technical level.
· Working with stakeholders to determine and facilitate their participation in the event. This includes providing briefings, coordinating initial confirmation from participants, providing registration support, and other needs as they arise.
· Assisting in the coordination and execution of training related to the exercise.
· Updating and maintaining a repeatable documented process for executing future iterations for this project.
· Bachelor’s degree in related field or comparable experience.
· Demonstrated experience (1 plus year) supporting project management initiatives within a cybersecurity environment.
· Demonstrated experience (1 plus year) establishing, documenting, and managing the scope, schedule, and resource allocation for projects and sustaining activities.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to conduct briefings and present materials to large audiences and/or senior and executive management.
· Knowledge of industry-standard and organizationally accepted project management principles and methods.
· PMP certification is preferred.
· Experience administering an informational portal and collaboration tool; knowledge of SharePoint or other collaboration technologies is preferred.
· Working knowledge of ClickUp or other project management tools is preferred.
· Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance is required.
· This job requires to be on-site 3 days/week, in Washington, DC.
